Apex is a private pay clinic and out of network with all insurance companies. This allows you to receive the highest quality of care, that is often lost with insurance based companies.

Do you accept FSA or HSA cards?
Yes, both FSA & HSA cards are accepted.

Do you accept out-of-network benefits?
You are welcome to work with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment will be taken at the time of service, however a superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is best to contact your insurance beforehand to clarify your out-of-network benefits. Please reach out with more specific questions and we will assist you.

Therapy packages are available at reduced prices for those committed to their recovery process and returning to their passion. Please reach out for more detail and to find the right plan for you.

How many sessions will I need?
This varies based on the individual and your goals. A tailored program will be made with you to fit your needs and schedule.

Do I need a doctors script?
Colorado is a direct access state, meaning that you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral.

Do you only work with athletes?
Dr. Ashley specializes in athletes and return to sport, however she is a skilled clinician who can help anyone achieve their goals. She has worked with patients of all ages and injuries. Dr. Ashley believes that everyone is an athlete of their life, wether their sport is raising a family or playing professional football.
